Organic Always
No synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilisers ever touch our land. We've been certified organic since 2001.
Animal Welfare
Our herd lives outside year-round, sleeps on deep straw beds, and is never given growth hormones or routine antibiotics.
Earth First
We practise regenerative farming — building soil health, capturing carbon, and restoring local biodiversity one season at a time.
Fair & Transparent
We pay our farmworkers well above minimum wage, and we publish our full ingredient sourcing and testing data online.

Doing It Right
Hardev Verma purchases 40 acres in Kangra Valley with 12 cows and a dream.
First artisan butter and paneer sold at the Dharamshala farmers market.
Achieve full organic certification — one of the first farms in Himachal Pradesh to do so.
Cave ageing facility built. Aged cheddar wins regional food award within two years.
Third generation joins: Rohan brings cheesemaking training from Europe.
Launch of home delivery service. Scale from 200 to 12,000 families in two years.
Expand herd to 180 cows, introduce A2 Gir line, and open the farm to visitors.

We welcome visitors every Saturday and Sunday, 7 AM to 12 PM. Walk the pastures, meet the herd, watch butter get churned, and take home fresh milk straight from the tank.
